So, anyways, being accused of something and not being convicted does not mean someone didn't do what they're accused of. There are things such as plea deals and cooperating in exchange for immunity etc.
Well it's not sealed any longer is it? If you don't like what you read in the, now, unsealed complaint, then do what was already suggested.
Take up your beef with the SDNY office if you believe they made erroneous accusations with was written in the sealed complaint.

Otherwise, please stop the crying about publicly available information.
What's worse... referencing information available in the public domain...or actually publishing false information, like 8 world wide manufacturing solar panel facilities, in the public domain? Or soliciting private information, relating to a message board poster, using twitter (public domain).
Where's the loan? Asking for a friend.
