Being accused of something and being convicted of something are two entirely different things.
From this SEALED complaint was there a conviction that came out of it?
No.
So based on your logic.
I made a written complaint that you are a con artist.
Since a written complaint was made you must be a con artist without me needing to provide any proof that you are.
Guilty until proven innocent is basically your philosophy .
