Alabama newbie EPC getting some experience standing still in the Snpw neverending breadline ...while the world of clean energy is passing the company by.
Don't get too excited. lmao!

When looking for fresh bread from investors...after 6 years in business, it helps to have:
- an actual office building (not a P.O. Box)
- an actual production facility (like SPP's 8 world wide manufacturing facilities back in 2017?)
- a management team with "professional" experience
- sales and revenue growth (not Saturday night food truck revenue #'s per month)
- patents with UL certificates
- actual skilled/experienced employees versus 1-man band
- actual BOD versus 1 board of director
- ceo not having 100% voting power
- ceo not snagging subsidiaries from shareholders after failing to execute with business
- ceo that can dedicate 100% to snpw and shareholders interest (vs having at least 1/2 dozen distracting side companies)
50 Mil loan? Get real.
in my humble opinion
cheers
