I don't recall the RS currently being a factor as a matter of fact it was cancelled what does that mean in the relationship to the two above tweets?.

Someone keeps bringing up the "Q3 the room where it happens' and fails to understand its basic concept.
As in Hamilton the room where is happen is when agreements are made and things are set into motion not where the point reached of their conclusion.
Example in the room where it happens is when Hamilton and Jefferson agree to move the US capital to Washington DC, they did not move the capital that day they set in motion the plan to make it happen..
I really didn't think it was necessary to explain this elementary concept but apparently on this I was wrong
