I am going to be on the conference call today and of course don't know what topics will be covered, but safe to say a lot will be so I and others can't comment on for a while. I want to say this ahead of the call.

Things have changed I am sure from day one and was to be expected. In any event I do not believe for the last quarter or more that Matt has just been sitting and not advancing the business in some way or form. That is MY opinion.

If he has and has not pr'd it, I can't say why, outside of that we can only wait for 2nd Qtr fins to see what has happened with the debt and what income the company has.

The SS hasn't changed nor going to change with his S-1 filing per the previous pr. Not much else to be said until he releases info.

I have tried to have some private conversations with my PERCEPTIONS and OPINIONS of what is going on but it is just that, perception and opinion. Of those I could be completely wrong and I freely admit that.

Those however have come to and end. I hope the best going forward for all of us and let's look to future starting today.
