Scott Heimdal is President of ORRV and manages overall operations. Heimdal is directly responsible for all survey, recovery, preservation activities and overall project management. He also manages the other four departments, coordinating overall efforts throughout various phases of exploration, recovery and preservation.
Mr. Heimdal brings a broad range of field operations planning and management expertise to this venture. He has extensive knowledge of survey technology, field survey procedures and operational planning. His extensive field experience includes operations in the Middle East, Mediterranean, Central and South America. Heimdal is well-known throughout the field and has been the subject of numerous national media articles.

Mr. Johnson has over 20 years of experience in the public and private capital markets. For the past 10 years he has been an independent consultant working for various private and public companies assisting management in obtaining institutional investors and analyst coverage to maximize shareholder value. His primary focus has been identifying funding sources, structuring the financing and negotiating the transaction. He has participated in IPO’s, secondary offerings, debt and equity financings, as well as private placements both on the retail and institutional level. His entry into the public markets began with various broker dealers in both retail and institutional sales. His financial career began at Fidelity Investments in 1989 in the institutional trading division.

Terry L. Towery, 51, spent 25 years at the Peoria Journal Star as a sports writer, news reporter, columnist and editor. He was an assistant city editor and the newspaper’s assignment editor from 1997 to 2007.
Towery received numerous local, state, regional and national journalism awards during his career. He currently is a free-lance journalist contributing to news organizations such as the Associated Press in Chicago and Bloomberg News in Washington, D.C. Since 2001, Towery has served as a vice president and director of communications for ORRV.
Towery served four years in the United States Air Force as a nuclear missile security specialist, attaining the rank of sergeant before being honorably discharged in 1980. He is the author of one novel, “The Devil You Don’t Know”, and is currently writing his second novel, a political thriller.
