Been thinking about that comment by Doc. I like it very much. When you go from building/developing to implementing that means you are putting into play, i.e. launching it. He was replying to another healthcare post and he said hey we are ahead of you and rolling it out but good job anyway.
"Univec Inc (UNVC) OTCmarkets ahead and in implementation addressing Mental Health and Substance Abuse but applauding the wake up call."
Sounds very much to me like whatever the last step is be it lawyers or paperwork with SEC or whatever that is what's going on right now. The very next thing I expect is the news.
