Sounds pretty straight forward.
BTW
If the one holding his wallet is a representative of the supplier partner (FoxEss or PT.IDN) it would be customary for him to pick up the check of the recieving partner (SPP) for a business lunch meeting. He is mostly likely paying with a business expense account which is a business write off.
