Trumps policies work for you? The tax breaks for the rich and corporations so you and the rest of Americans can pay more taxes and or add to our national debt. The republicans have spent no less money just different directions on how to spend it. Their overall government is the same size or larger. The lack of tax revenue from the wealthy tax breaks and the corporations is keeping the national debt high. It’s hurting our economy and we can’t live on a credit card debt style of government.
When are you going to figure out that the republicans don’t care about the average persons lively hood. They don’t care if you are keeping up with inflation and your cost of living isn’t keeping up with your pay from your job. Ask Steel if his cola is keeping up with inflation? He complains all the time he only got. 4% raise and inflation was twice that. Then lies about his until it’s costs but I do believe he like others are not keeping up with inflation.
At least the democrats are pushing Unions again to help rebuild the almost non existing middle class. Let the people rise up to get their share of our wealth in this country. Where big business has stolen the retirement possibilities from the average worker. Defined retirements went away in the 80’s and 90’s and now it is almost nonexistent.
If you go back in time… say 70 years. One person in a family supported the whole family and it didn’t matter if you were a shoe salesman or whatever job. You could purchase an affordable house and new car and save for your kid’s education and maybe put a little away for retirement. Social Security wasn’t you only safety net but it covered more of your basic income than it does now. As a society we have went backwards with Republican values and policies. Union busting Regan turned things and the last 50 years the average person has taken or received less and less.
The republicans are not going to help the small business or the average worker. They just don’t care. It’s always about trickle down economics and that has never produced anything for the average worker. Just put our country in debt. The Republican spend blindly with no budget in mind. The democrats come in and clean up and try to reduce the debt. We can’t afford anymore Republican budgets and the false leadership that only benefits the wealthy. If you vote Republican now… you are very ignorant to what is really happening fiscally in this country. If the republicans pull on your heart strings about immigration and other gay and trans issues to fool you into looking the other way while they rob the people of this country of any chance at prosperity. You are wearing blinders. If you vote with conservative fiscally budget as your most important issue you will vote democrat.
