Despite all top OTC market top traders having to be on 2 other Watch List tickers most of the day - $INQD .0085 to .0096 (.0098 up) and $ENZC .0622 to .0825 with reloads available - at least one of the long term traders of it bought .0005s on the bid - and momentarily on the ask - from 1 2 x scammer paint down attempts for as little as 1200 shares.
This reduced one of the scammers blocking attempt large blocks by 4M at .0006.
Opened with 36M on the ask at .0006 - same as at close Friday - including the 1 x 16M and 1 x 15M large blocks from suspected scammer/bashers/flippers.
Closed with 32M on the ask at .0006 - including blocks of 16M and 11.5M
We can expect the .0006 > .0007 to be bought out at any time with the $32K+ in unused new interest bid funds at .0004 and .0005.
Overall, 7M was bought today at .0005.

There has now been no change / dilution of the Unrestricted Outstanding shares for 181 days.

The Annual Report that came out after the close on April 17 confirmed that the loss-making subsidiary SFL Maven of Florida LLC had been divested as planned in November 2022 and that the new business direction was still as described in the last PR - technology licensing and / or acquisition with a promising lead being lithium mining for batteries.
Expect continued movement up over the days, weeks and months ahead as the new CEO releases details of his acquisition and licensing plans.
It is also anticipated that there will be a name change and ticker change to better align with the new business.
Currently OTC Pink Limited due to late filing of the Annual Report - just needs the usual Attorney Opinion Letter to get back to OTC Pink Current. This rating has no effect on the ability to be traded.
We can expect a Share Structure update for the months on/around May 3.
