They can only delay the RS.
Once done they are done.
"FINRA is being Petitioned in the Supreme Court of New York for allowing Stock Spoofing, Naked Shorting, and Market Manipulation" on May 30...Interesting precedent !

Phase 6, 9 month mark is coming in early June. Many banks gonna feel it.
First Republic Bank got lucky. JP Morgan stepped in to "buy" them. Let the crooks (JP Morgan) eat more toxic debt.
JP Morgan bailed over 4000 hedge funds out not long ago. This is all coming to a BAD massive head. Bad for the banks.
