To make a claim that all reverse splits act the same way or even make a claim that 90 percent have followed this dark pattern of going down and then throwing EGOC into some nice neat little package of following suit even in the face of the facts and charts showing the opposite has been true with EGOC is.... well quite frankly it shows a real lack of understanding. Each case is different and to lump every stock into some stereotypical class is silly. Many stocks and more importantly their share holders have seen great benefits during and after a reverse split. I always get a kick out of how some create fear even in the face of a stock going up in price multiple times it's pre split price.. I am awe struck once again at the lack of real understanding concerning this particular RS. Those negative claims look like gas lighting 101 to me. especially when you look at the facts and not some one size fits all False and Misleading scenario !
The fact of the matter is that EGOC and it's shareholders (those here that actually own shares of EGOC) stand to benefit greatly from a reverse split IF the conditions for such a reverse split are positive and goal oriented towards something like uplisting to a higher board . In our case the share structure now is awesome and the price per share has been for the most part steadily going up prior to, during and after the split process. EGOC stated they want to move to a higher bigger board.. check! Share structure is now highly inviting for New investors and old investors alike! Check. Acquisition of new company happened along with press release letting us know of more businesses being rolled into EGOC with projects already in place for said business ! Check! EGOC now enjoys Current filing status and no "expert market" threat ! Check. More filings and news expected ! Check. The list is a long one for sure and we all can see how EGOC's stock price has been trending up for a couple of weeks now. Gas lighting 101 doesn't seem to have worked too well in tanking the stock price of EGOC . One day of pause out of say 3 weeks is nothing in the big picture! We saw a healthy pause on Friday in order to let a couple of share holders off the bus while grabbing their shares. Their loss not mine. I think it's safe to say that the EGOC Roll out is in full throttle mode "finally" and it's a good thing!
Here is the last press release dated April 18. Good stuff. Now it's time to go golfing. Just my opinions.
