i think the bashers are out in full force because of the lack of clarity on next steps and timing for the lift of the hold. It's the old saying "there's nothing the market hates more than uncertainty"
so, how do we shut them up? by Cyrus coming out with some reassurance that the company is taking certain tangible steps to address the FDA's latest request, and give some (at least ballpark) range of timing. that's it - a simple "we got this, and here is what we are specifically doing to address, and this is when we hope to have it all submitted" because i got none of that from the call. maybe they are still figuring this out - because again, it was a massive screw-job by the FDA.
but when they have clarity, I don't think it's too much to ask for this type of communication to the loyal longs (and as a F.U. to the shorts). - and it would show me that as a leader, he's doing more than just the blocking and tackling behind the scenes.
