He doesn't need SEC to merge the companies. I am not sure they would approve of a shell with no asset. I would be strange for a company not to form in the OTC.
Doc keeps talking about hedge funds and Nasdaq. That's jumping the shark when all that really matters at this point is merger and business activity.
I really hope Doc become a household name and shareholders are rich. Right now Doc is parading around like any successful CEO that has made an impact. Yet our current reality tells a different story.
I really believe soon that the reality for UNVC and shareholders are awesome . No government agency is standing in UNVC currently. Doc just has to deliver what he promised and the rest will come
