UNVC: Well they are saying Doc said Sec last piece which he did, but Dalton hasn't filed to become Compliant with SEC as of today.

It takes 90 to 150 days after he files (if he does which I don't see him doing it because then all he does can't be hidden anymore)

Sec post it for the public plus Dalton has to also.

After a company files with the SEC, SEC reviews a company's registration statement to ensure compliance with SEC disclosure rules and federal securities laws, and to elicit clear and balanced disclosure to investors. The typical timeframe for the SEC review is between 90 to 150 days.

Are registration statements public?
Registration statements and prospectuses become public shortly after the company files them with the SEC. All companies, domestic and foreign, are required to file registration statements and other forms electronically. Investors can then access registration and other company filings using EDGAR.

The problem UNVC has is Doc hasn't made a filing to become compliant

ALSO
In order to get listed on NASDAQ, companies are required to make a number of SEC filings. These filings include the company's registration statement, periodic reports, and other information about the company's financials and operations.
