I already have accounts at Fidelity.  I want to spread the wealth a bit.  They are costly for as much as I trade PLUS....they gave me grief recently for buying PNCH too!  Of course, I took care of the problem, but to my mind, there was not a good enough explanation as to why I (a premium customer!) had to jump through what I felt were ridiculous hoops to make the purchase.  It took me a whopping 10 extra minutes to buy via a certain account and I don't like to WAIT!   Then, they had the nerve to ask me why I wanted to buy PNCH!!  "Ummmm...I could tell you, but then I'd have to charge you.  Still want to know my reasons?"  LOL

Under 10k shares, I could have bought easily.  But my buy was for way more than that.  Other accounts of mine had no such restrictions.  So none of it made any sense.  Still doesn't.  And all restrictions have been lifted.  I just didn't like the hassle, therefore I think they deserve less of my business.  You can't service an account well, you should lose it, right?  That's what I think.
