SmartMetric, Inc. (OTC: SMME) founder and inventor, Chaya Hendrick has increased the patent protection for the advanced premium biometric card with new international filings both in the United States and internationally.
The SmartMetric biometric fingerprint activated credit card is also protected by issued patents in the United States that effectively prohibit anyone else from bringing to market a credit or debit card with a chip and a standard fingerprint sensor.
Having the most advanced biometric fingerprint activated credit and debit card in the world required the focus on protecting the intellectual property from copy cats. "Of course, copying is a form of flattery but to take the invention of another is just simply wrong.
