What can I do? I hear it all the time in relation to nearly everything. People throw up their hands to declare their own helplessness. What if Andy had done that? Where would we be today? Don't know exactly but I do know is there would be a lot more sore backs, a lot more dependence on addictive drugs leading to more empty chairs at the dinner table, more sad and diminished lives constricted to living in pain all day every day. Only days ago, I overheard a convenience store clerk complaining about back pain. I sprung into action giving my best 'elevator' pitch complete w/ notes. People will listen.
The cowardly screeching from the cheap seats and false bravado of scummy bashturds has reached a crescendo, of sorts. You can smell the desperation in these final hours, the proverbial calm before the storm. Get in your last minute digs at those who are in the arena everyday, pouring over documents, checking for loopholes, verifying for the nth time the legality of this & that, on the phone discussing proposed distribution schedules, finalizing the latest proposal for < ___ >. You thought I was about to spill the beans, didn't you? Silly goose.
Synergy - for the umpteenth time ... One problem I am finding is there are so many companies w/ the word 'synergy' in them. Type in "synergy medical singapore" and see for yourself. On this page alone there are 20. https://duckduckgo.com/?q=synergy+medical+sin...axm=places. You get the idea. I will settle on https://www.omnia-health.com/dealer-distribut...orporation as being the one we, BIEL, are dealing with. Check out this one, too. https://www.informamarkets.com/healthcare/en/home.html. Anyone, please, if I need correction, please, let me know.
Assuming I got it right, then we are hooked into a massive, and I mean MASSIVE , network worldwide. Poke around the website, see for yourself. Don't take my word for it. The critics (bashturds) are screaming the deal is not valid or real b/c it has not been verified in any financial statement or been given an official press release. According to the SEC and OTC policies and regulations they are mostly correct. It is not easy reading, I assure you.
What has not been mentioned is that Synergy is an international company, based in Singapore. We have a free trade agreement w/ S'pore since 2004 - https://ustr.gov/trade-agreements/free-trade-...final-text. Most of our trading partners are in free trade agreements. I am not defending FTAs but the reality is the entire world-wide trade ecosystem of jurisdiction is immense w/ wide ranging legal ramifications, including contracts (e.g. disclosure) w/ publically traded companies, large and small. You think it's complicated domestically? Try internationally. Just finding information is a task unto itself never mind understanding it all or how it applies to our BIEL/Synergy distribution deal. It is entirely possible the lack of news/announcement/disclosure is related to the int'l nature of it all. Never mind fabricating and shipping the stuff.
And, finally, again for the unpteenth time ... I don't believe for a second that the CEO, the VP of Sales & Board member, and the Chairman of the Board would risk committing obvious Fraud and Misrepresentation leading to a permanent ban from the Securities market and likely a stretch in prison by announcing a fake contract. For what? To support a $0.0004 share price? Shats and giggles? What they ARE doing is bustin' their ass every day on our behalf. It is hard work, it is complicated, time & labor intensive; requiring the patience of Job. And, yes, I still think Viant is involved vis-a-vis Dr. Sree Koneru. There are no coincidences.
So, what you got goin' on today?
BIEL will sit on the backbench ... until it doesn't.
