The FDA has a month from the time of submission -- so now a month from the time CYDY responded or will respond to the FDA's Latest Ridiculous Request. We don't know when that was or will be, but if our response time was a few days (as with their Previous Ridiculous Request), then we're looking at a couple weeks from now.
I.e., it would only be July if we don't respond to the LRR (latest ridiculous request) till June.
Of course they could always throw in a YARR (yet another ridiculous request), if they are in full-on FDA-DM (FDA dicking mode).
