Very interesting. Maybe something special is happening? NASDAQ needs everything in physical hard copy form to make the transition? Wouldn't that be something.
So maybe other brokers did "front" the shares to clients and E-Trade has a policy not to do that.
Can't wait until the D comes off to see what happens. Not that anything will necessarily happen right off on Friday, but we can't be too far from a major event.
