Scammer morons added the 5M then another 7M to ask to make 24M at .0006 - which then enabled 10M to be bought at .0005 from a couple of small holders duped into selling.
Some of that added to the ask - making 31.5M .0006 now.
This is what happens when people failed to hit the ask at .0007 a few days ago.
