Just posted this on iHub as $SFLM is now the #3 ticker on the Breakout Board - thanks to the moronic posts all weekend by the usual basher/scammer/flipper suspects (Breakout Board position is merely a measure of increased posting rate but it does get people looking at it).

No need to update this week as all filings are up to date and no change / no dilution of the Unrestricted Outstanding Shares for 173 days ever since the new CEO took over.
The loss making subsidiary was sold off as planned in November 2022.
The new CEO is an expert in debt restructuring.
The new business direction has been confirmed as technology licensing and acquisition - with a promising lead being lithium mining technology for batteries.
It is anticipated that there will be a name change and ticker change to better align with the new business direction expected to be announced this year.
More frequent updates on all the nonsense-free OTC forums.
