Just a reminder, EXPL doesn’t need the stock to trade. Investors providing capital want part of the treasure recovered and prefer things be kept quiet until title is awarded and treasure is sold.
The OTC isn’t of interest to them.
But it’s a good fit for SFRX.
To fund operations, EXPL sells an interest in projects and SFRX sells discounted shares. Quite the contrast.
You never know who the owner of the wreck may be. The industry has changed and SFRX is still playing on speed boats in shallow water.
The City of Cairo salvage operation was completed in September 2013, but the salvagers, Deep Ocean Search, have only now been given permission by the British government to announce it.
