Exxe Group Inc (OTC:AXXA) – On Wednesday, Exxe Group Inc announced that it had been successful in completing the acquisition of the Serenity Lakeside Resort in Phuket, Thailand.
The acquisition market was the company’s first foray into the hospitality industry in Southeast Asia and it was also noted that it was the first of many such deals. The company initially got a 50% ownership of the asset but in 2024 it would get hold of 100%.
