Funny, i just mentioned to my family the other day the possibility of Verb spinning off the direct sales or Market.live and how that could unlock value for shareholders instantly and used INPX as an example with their spin off of CXAI as a new company and getting a nice dividend in CXAI.
CXAI went up from $1.30ish to $37ish in premarket within 2 days, that was one crazy shortsqueeze!
I was lucky i invested in INPX after reading NRG8's comments as well but i was skeptical at first because it sounded to good at the time and i was like, yeah right!
But after reading the PR deal multiple times of how the spin off is structured, i was like damn, i'm gonna try with some money.
I trusted my own DD and went with it and to this date am heavily rewarded.
It remains to be seen what CXAI will be worth in september but either way its already a big win for me. I sold INPX and sold the CXAI (A dividends) and still holding the CXAI (D dividends) until its released in september.
Long story short, things can happen very quickly with the right moves.
With the right deal, Verb can fly with the pps upwards, especially with the tiny 3.8 million float right now.
Another thought i had lately is: Will the illegal naked shorts get margin calls and do they have to cover within 7 days?
If they cover the stock could go crazy like CXAI and if they don't cover i assume Verb will sue them for damages soon.
Time will tell what happens but the next few weeks are certainly going to be very very interesting!
