Need to show ability to sell something Company
Post# of 13191
Company doesn't have that in their portfolio based on years of filings.
Tweets seem to state something different alluding to pre-orders and selling out and 720MW of 1 GW of panels committed...but it's all bullshit or it would have been in the 10-K filing and they'd have a loan after 158 days since insurance wrap grade.
Insurance wrap grade is supposed to be based on strength of REAL customers' orders (maybe pre-orders) and ability to pay. Customers get rated by a credit rating. That's what takes the pressure/liability off of prospective funders/company by providing insurance.
Nobody will lend this company a dime without significant current orders or some performance proving the ability sell (generate revenue). That ain't gonna happen with incompetent leadership having zero sales experience and no significant customer contacts (maybe relatives? lol) in any solar products sales pipeline.
Company blew the opportunity to generate income/profits across previous contracts/products. But, the leader was too distracted borrowing boatloads of money to p$ss way while trying to survive instead.
Someone needs to do more the due diligence versus spewing some construction project milestone financing/loan method. No loan and nothing will be bought, or started to be built, until company can show the ability to generate revenue. That's the real world...not the same as the yellow brick road.
in my humble opinion
cheers
