LOL.. I don't think that he (Chairman Liu) ever has to run a comb through his hair when he wakes up.. No need to . His Hair is always perfect!! Exactly what you want in a Chairman. And yes I do believe that he is pretty jazzed about what's going on with EGOC. I think that's a given!
