Just got off the phone with them, not impressed at all with service.. They are sending an email inquiry about it on my behalf I guess, seems you can’t speak to anyone who can actually help. Said the new shares were marked as “restricted". Even though every other brokerage made the update, and we can buy them through etrade, makes no sense..

Don’t use Etrade anymore folks..
