Relating to the ceo's real estate company paying for training of the new Sun Pacific Power salespeople to sell other companies' solar panels.
The post was removed already. I saved a copy. Don't judge me.
This is how it goes down. Sales 101
LOL
Quote:
banging on doors and cold calling to sell product for Sun Pacific Power as a reseller for various solar panel OEMs ...at 10% to 20% markup and then pay a commission to the salesperson. Laughable!
Salesperson: "can we have a copy of your electric bill so we can show you how much you will save by converting to solar?"
Prospective Customer: "who is we?..what company are you with?"
Salesperson: "we have all types of companies we can hook you up with"
Prospective Customer: "oh, it's not your company?"
Salesperson: "no, but we might have our own panels to sell in 2 years if we get a 50 mil loan"
Prospective Customer: "no thanks...please call me back when you're selling solar panels made by your company...or better yet, please have someone, from one of the companies, you're repping for, call me"
Salesperson: "what a lithium battery or an inverter?"
Prospective Customer: "I can get those cheap at Walgreens"
Salesperson: "no, these are for solar applications"
Prospective Customer: "why do I have to fill out an application for batteries?"
Salesperson: "they're the hottest lithium battery on the market...well not in the U.S. yet, but they're coming soon I think"
Good luck with joint venture. lmao!
just my opinion
good luck
in my humble opinion
cheers
