I agree with you.
They are trying to cut on the threats within(the part of the people that see through their lies) by inciting or trying to invite an uprising. A disorganized mess and for them, hopefully racially or anti-trannie motivated.
They want to put it down brutally and then take us to war.
They need an excuse, a scenario that will make people believe that the war is the only option.
They can blame China's or Russian founding for said Uprising and happily go to war.
They are spinning many plates and they are midwits.
They do need this war, very much so. So that they don't have to answer for the destruction they wrought.
So yes, we are going to war. 100%. They will, out of desperation do a huge false flag if needed too.
