Dear Andrew,

 

My name is Don XXXXXXXXX.  I've been a Treaty Energy shareholder for 3 years this coming June.  I speak with Platon often and you signed two restricted share orders for me this past December.  Questions:

 

1) Is the Brown well perforated yet and if not then why not?

 

2) I have a hard time believing that the drilling on the Mitchell lease is delayed because Pistol requires a smaller drill rig  due to so-called terrain issues! When will that drilling commence?

 

3) We had an inflated projection based on  the December 18th PR speaking to 400 BPD production rates by approximate dates around end of first quarter 2013.  I bought shares based on that PR and many prior.  Then I heard the 400 BPD downgraded to 80-100 BPD by end of March in the CC.   I appreciated the more realistic expectations but now that seems to be incorrect but let's see what the next two weeks brings.
