That's fine. You have the opinion Alantra has been working on a deal for 6 months with a European company of a website you didn't think much about, and I don't because Verb already had a term sheet with that company.
Totally different thing is my opinion. I'm on the fence whether VERB should acquire them or not. They have 8.5 years to decide.
