Gotta love Sean folks! Just sent me this in regards to the TNR flag tdbowieknife is so in love with.

I'm proactive and have 12 email accounts, so I respond to things when they appear otherwise they flood my email box.

I got a bunch of information on the TNR. We've been in the process of resolving it since late December/early January. I've been told that we're at the very end of the process and that the lease (BARNES) is no longer in our inventory internally, but still appears to be on the TRRC website (which is a result of the TNR flag).

At this point, its is pretty much in the TRRC's hands and we'll know its off when the TNR flag is off of the TRRC website, but we've submitted all the prerequisite paperwork and have attended the hearings that were necessary. I've been told that it could be anywhere from 1-3 weeks, but we're in the final stages of having it removed and we're really just waiting on the TRRC.

There's not a concern at TECO on the matter because internally it's resolved; unless the TRRC requires additional information (which we don't expect, but wouldn't be unprecedented). TECO is very much aware of the situation and expects it resolved shortly (independent of what the iHub people are saying). I should get more information today from the field to figure out what step we are at exactly, but its a 3 month process minimum once the flag was applied, primarily because of scheduled meetings/hearings.
