Thanks Chiro always look forward to post keep it real and great DD. I not a fanboy either but an Invester first. I slowed posting to a trickle. I was even thinking of selling. I was pleasantly surprised these last few months. I truly believed it was finally our time. I am glad i did not sell. I never wear rose colored glasses but all that speculation now looks to be fact.
