We are all have been behind him 100% from 0.002 all the way to almost zero.

We were told that the TA is the one which would drastically change the dynamics of the company and after 3 months of having it, all of a sudden, he discovered that the TA is useless without the brokerage, and now all of a sudden he discovered that delaware is the state to be. This is ridiculous and I'm sorry to state my opinion frankly.

A business usually starts with a solid plan and follow through. Here, it seems that always unexpected events keep changing the direction of the company and unexpected opportunity presented itself, yet I don't see anything happening.

Where is the freakin business till today??

I have been hearing about S1 filing and the preferreds have been selling like hot cakes and that he has all the money needed for brokerage since last January.

I suggest that the people who keep sending private messages suggessting stuff that never materialize and pretending to know the unkown since last November to do a favor and to stop sending those misleading messages because all they achieved was setting people for frustrations while the selling continues. It starts to look like a bait to make people buy!!Let things happen naturally if there is anything happening!!
