A few more thoughts...
In less than 4 weeks we should hear what's been in the works with Alantra. If it was small potatoes you would have heard about it in Q4, not Q2.
If there is a partner, investor, merger, or whatever, the RS may have been one of the conditions along with canceling the $50M. Afterall, what company wants to partner, merge or whatever with an OTC company.
I suspect we'll see institutions buying more as a result of the earnings call and the overhang of delisting.
I found the quick RS announcement also a smart move. Basically giving people 3 hours to react during market open. Maybe figuring some shorts won't realize it until it's too late. A new CUSIP number should be a good tool to account for all real shares and set the course of action previously discussed.
