same ceo owns both MSW Recycler and Medrecycler LLC now. What a perfect storm. lol
kazi laid all of this out, months and months, for everyone to know in advance.
That was someone's fault starting way back in 2019 with leasing a building for 50K per month and spending 9 mil of investment dollars, on equipment/freight from South Africa and assembling, without a the stroke of a pen from Ri-DEM for final approval/license.

Or maybe collect 20 million in damages for destroying a SNPW's subsidiary because RI-DEM illegally miss used the law to reverse the approval and buy all new equipment with the judgement..(Damages -SNPW lost of the 17 million dollar tax free bond and the investor who committed 17 million assume the whole bond)
All with a Judge"s stroke of a pen.
