yah, i was trying to think of why release this now

yah, i was trying to think of why release this now when it mostly just summarizes recent positive events...seems right that either they are 1) ready to make a move now-ish or 2) they need to show some progress on this stock based off some need from chinese shareholders/supporters. our last PR that we got over the summer, that, i think, turned out to be option number 2, but this is feeling different
