I think the first countdown ended on Day 1, not Day 0, but so much has happened since then!
I do remember Steve putting up a couple extra slides that said "Breaking News" (from the newscast of Family Guy) and "Stay tuned" (from an old news reel).
Whether news drops pre-market tomorrow, 3:00 EST tomorrow, or some time on 07/04, that is when the new chapter of IC Places will start
