Yes, I see partnership or buyout as the only way out. Do you see any possible way that we could get an approval with the current FDA?
I have read several NYTimes articles on the corruption in the FDA with Big Pharma, on their special fees and negotiations. Then I have our own experience with the FDA as well as several other companies during the Pandemic where if something was seen to work it was thrown in long extensive and expensive trials. The system is really, really broken and appears to be corrupt.
Purdue promoted its opioid drugs to health care providers with FDA approval for heaven sakes.
Come on folks, we had a drug that worked for some people in March of 2020 only to be shut out with a long trial until March of 2021 where some 400,000 people died in between.
Until I see proof otherwise, I feel we are being slow walked by the FDA. I feel the FDA wants to see money before it moves.
