I called the Alquimi phone number and got Rene Rey

I called the Alquimi phone number and got Rene Reyes on the phone.  Says he was gagged by Mike in IR.  What I did learn is that they have been working with Energy Solutions on some projects and they do all of the engineering work for Energy Solutions currently.  Energy Solutions is apparently Total (remember them).  I asked him if Total is in play and he wouldnt comment.  Reyes is clearly a very proud guy and snizzle is really getting to him so he tried to defend himself.

IMHO, the Alquimi thing is not a diversion to St. Cloud, it looks like a mega play with Energy Solutions which is Total.  Check this out and follow the links www.energysolutionsbytotal.com
