Misleading again?, Maybe, this will help out a bit. Sun pacific Power received the A grade investment rating, not Snpw.
Hope you understand the significant difference between the two entities? One should have understood this scenario going through the Snpw/Medrecycler/Medi-Ri bond nightmare debacle over 2 years ago.
Then ask yourself ...why EPC was formed as a wholly owned subsidiary with no details of its ownership structure or business terms and conditions with snpw or spp? No mention of Sun Pacific Power's role in the hyped up EPC as a future "power plant"...not "solar panel plant"?
Tweets make for big news until the details come out in the filings. Some keep holding their nose and turning their heads with every next filing. "Wonder" why that is?. Because it doesn't fit the strategy when trying to hype a stock versus calling the state of union for what it is?
