Better question yet where is 2017?

6 years in the past.

What do we see today that that PR in 2017 has not hindered.

- a legal battle to over turn the Medrecycler-RI denial

- A partnership with PT.IDN Solar Tech to sell SNPW own brand of Solar Panel, acknowledge by the CEO of that company

- A global partnership a subsidiary of a Fortune 500 company FoXess proudly displayed on FoxEss own website.

- a contract to buy 2251 Curtis Road Elba AL for 2.9 million

- ten years worth of Tax incentives from the state of Alabama for above property

- the formation of Elba Power Corp

- after a third part audit SNPW award an A Grade Investment rating

Yes we all agree 2017 did not pan out but it is also very clear 2023 is looking mighty good.

Yes it is true those that brought during the run have lost a great deal,. Nobody has ever denied that but you always conveniently leave out the reason the stock went down, Why is that?

The reason the stock retreated had nothing to do with actions by the company but because the RI-DEM reverse their intent to approve after its final review and based that decision solely political pressure of a new law that illegally was used to stop the project.

An anti-Medrecycler,Kevin Budris, staff attorney for the zero waste project at the Conservation Law Foundation’s Rhode Island office, stated

"Budris said that legislation would apply to future proposals and would not stop the MedRecycler proposal, which has already entered the licensing process.“

With the added distributor partnership and US Solar panel manufacturing we be talking dollars not sub pennies if RI-DEM based their ultimate decision on the science not emotions.
