The Occam's Razor theory of BIEL's success. So wha
Post# of 7787
I bring up O.R. in reference to multiple allegations against BIEL and their potential success. Also affords me the opportunity to ridicule the bashturds; always a good time. Here's the list of hot-button issues for BIEL: Manufacturing, Customer Base (actual & potential), Distributors, Agreements & Contracts; NDAs, New Product Designs, International Approvals & Clearances (ref: Synergy), etc. In other words, Bashturds hate all things BIEL.
Manufacturing - I know you need all the other stuff but w/o product to sell and distribute, you got nothin'. All the other categories are rendered moot. Currently, we can only verify that product is (in the least, was) coming from China.
There's lots of turmoil regarding China and most of it is misinformed, oftentimes w/ malicious intent for nefarious reasons. I can expound on the topic at length but I won't. The long and short of it is shipping from China is unreliable (long distance) w/ long wait times (voyage, customs, etc.) and recently intermittent b/c of << fill in the blank >>. Also, communications could get awkward due to the language barrier and time differences. Time sensitive requests or special orders would really be a problem. BIEL CEO Kelly has stated that 'chip availability' for our devices won't be a problem for the future; a year she said? I, and many others, believe her and many don't. Whether you do or not, we need a chip supplier and fabricator closer to our customer base, both here and abroad. My favorite, of course, is Viant/Meraqi. The real question is what prompted her to say that when she did?
Buyout/Merger - The ultimate information suppressor. Nothing else even comes close. I have argued for awhile now that we are ripe for the pickin'. Legislation (No Pain Act) recently passed paving the way to widespread usage in the US. In the US alone this would require millions of units, at a minimum. Waiting for CMMS and/or insurance acceptance will end up being a very expensive, career-ending decision. International deals are in place. Interest is growing by the day. At any medical device company, we should be at the top of the list for acquisition. IMO, Viant/Meraqi is a possibility.
A buyout/merger would explain every second of silence. An NDA would be enforced w/ maximum penalty of, up to and including, end of negotiations. A deal of this magnitude would require massive legal-beagle arrangements, consultations, etc, both domestically and internationally. Maybe even 2 extra weeks courtesy of the Orange of Head? Whoever leaked would be terminated w/ immediate effect and would forever be a pariah.
Customer Base (actual & potential) - No explanation needed. Well, bashturds do, but then again their self-imposed stupidity and overall nastiness is the stuff of legends. Poor babies.
Distributors, Agreements & Contracts (DA&C) - OEMs do not exist. KT Tape, DonJoy, Adcock-Ingram, et. al., are illusions, at best. They do not order, stock, or sell product. Agreements & Contracts are for sissies.
note on Synergy - Management clearly stated they have a signed contract. If they lied about that it means prison time. That is an obvious case of fraud and misrepresentation. You may not like her, CEO Kelly, but accusing her of that is the stuff of libel and slander. Tread lightly.
NDAs - ssssssshhhhhhhhhhuuuussssssshhhhhhhhh !!!!!!! We were never here !!!
New Product Designs (NPD) - An elongated design is already on the table, possibly a renewable and/or a more powerful device. The science and research continues unabated whenever financially feasible. Or am I confusing the NPD w/ DA&C, which do not exist? Be thankful it is not an STD (Silly Token Design). What were you thinking?
"Sic parvis magma" - Greatness from small beginnings
