ECOX here's one that hit my radar.
Delinquent SEC Registrant: Pink Yield sign.
Should go Expert Market after the 15th. Can face revocation proceedings on Expert Market at any time now. No SEC suspension needed.
Revocation proceedings usually don't start until after 360 days of delinquency.
Form 15 on 3/30.
Has OTCIQ Access

So what does this all mean?
Should go Alternative Reporting after 90 days of Form 15 filing. This is such an easy one to predict. If you can wait it out, runner coming. I won't post on that ECOX board, because the moderator is a complete deuchbag and doesn't understand how this stuff works and deletes all posts except for his own. Complete biased POS that can't see all points to a story. If you wanna trade penny stocks, lean how this shit works.
We'll circle back to ECOX in a few months. The whole point of trading is to get in at the lowest price and ride it up.
