I followed the message boards of NVAX, HGEN, and Eiger Biopharmaceuticals, etc when they ran up against the FDA delay tactics. Comments are exactly the same as here. Put companies through long extensive trials that take their drugs out of contention, then delay until there is no longer a market for them. Keeping drugs off the market is their business.
