The FDA is royally $&#&ing us. I'm just beyond pissed - clearly Cyrus is as well. they literally picked up the goal posts, and walked them 20 yards to the left of the original spot.
The irony is, my perception is that Cyrus handled the process of delivering all of the items they asked for as professionally and efficiently as possible. So then they blindside him with this BS??
But......if there is anyone that can keep their cool, continue to repair the relationship, and ultimately get through this, it is Cyrus. We have the right guy in the job - i just know he is beyond frustrated. Maybe i'll send my 12-year old scotch to him - i'm sure he could use it.
