You know who might have a point if the company hasn't been upfront with its shareholders in their filings.

I suppose some people wants a company to fail and continue with projects that have not pan out .
Here we have a company that knows that certain projects have not pan out and decided to go back to it original business plan.
But this time instead of going alone like in the past, this time they have two strong partners FoxEss and PT.IDN Solar Tech to provide expertise and guidance going forward.
