I disagree that what they said at the AGM over a half a year ago and what they are saying now is the same thing. They have changed from only buying preprocessed plastic when it is cheaper than processing it themselves to buying it to meet the types (density, etc.), quality (cleanliness, etc.), and quantities (on a continuous basis) they require for a continuous feeding of the processors. They know what the processors can handle best to produce No. 2 Fuel oil and they know they cannot get free plastic of the type they need on a reliable schedule. We do not know what they will be paying to get this reliable stream of feedstock on a schedule they can manage. We do not know if $10 per barrel is still achievable. Or even close to achievable. That's OK, they always had a fairly large margin between that eye-popping claim and profitability.
