Has to be in the application for the listing, right? They will have to make disclosures and file financial reports as part of that.
I think there's a good chance they want to keep their cards close to the chest in the meantime. That's just my opinion anyway. It has never seemed like they never wanted to be too closely associated with a penny stock. Like using an OTC shell was a means to an end, but they have stayed focused on the end goal.
